Made from premium Bella+Canvas combed ringspun cotton because if you are going to aggressively guard your personal space near the soundboard for six hours, you might as well be comfortable doing it. This unisex shirt has a ridiculously soft, tailored feel right out of the package. We use lightweight, highly breathable material that runs true to size because nothing screams amateur hour like a stiff, heavy cardboard shirt. Throw it on, bypass the headliner faux pas, and earn your social mana.
How To Not Destroy Your New Gear

You just bought premium apparel. Treat it like it. If you want this shirt to survive the next decade of heavy shows and still look credible, follow these basic rules.

  • Cold Water Only: Wash it in cold water. Using hot water is a rookie mistake that shrinks premium cotton and ruins the ink.
  • Turn It Inside Out: Do this before you throw it in the machine. Protect the artwork you just paid for and plan on wearing until it literally falls off your body.
  • Skip The Bleach: Standard detergent is fine, but keep bleach and harsh chemicals far away from this shirt.
  • No Fabric Softener: It leaves a chemical film that degrades the graphic over time. Just use regular soap.
  • Air Dry If Possible: Hang drying is the ultimate move to keep the cotton ridiculously soft and the print flawless.
  • Tumble Dry Low: If you do not have the patience to hang dry, use the lowest possible heat setting on your dryer. High heat will bake the ink and destroy the tailored fit.
  • Do Not Iron The Print: Honestly, if you are ironing a concert tee, you need to reevaluate your life choices. But if you absolutely have to, turn the shirt inside out first.
No BS Return Policy

The Short Version:
Every single Encore Offender piece is custom-printed on demand exactly when you order it. Because we actively reject the wasteful, mass-produced fast fashion model (and don't have a warehouse full of cardboard merch gathering dust), we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, or if you simply ordered the wrong size or color. Check the sizing chart on the product page before you buy. If you prefer a looser fit for the pit, size up.

If Your Gear is Damaged or Defective:
We take care of our own. If your apparel arrives defective, damaged, or there is a glaring manufacturing error with the print, we will make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to hit us up.

Simply use our contact form, explain the issue, and attach a clear photo showing the defect (if multiple items are messed up, get them all in one photo). We’ll review it and hook you up with a free replacement or a refund. Note: For direct-to-garment printing, a minor 0.5" shift in print placement is standard and not considered a defect.

Lost in the Void (Lost in Transit):
If the postal service swallows your package whole and it gets lost in transit, let us know no later than 30 days after your estimated delivery date. We’ll cover the cost to get a new order shipped out to you.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages:
If you enter the wrong shipping address while trying to buy a shirt at 2:00 AM, or if you ignore the delivery notices and the package gets returned to our printing facility, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you to confirm the correct address, but the extra freight charge is on you. Double-check your details before you hit checkout so you aren't waiting outside the venue empty-handed.
