FAQ's
Where are you located?
We’re anchored in the US, printing all of our gear right here on home turf primarily out of tightly run facilities in Texas and Florida. Why? Because waiting six weeks for a shirt to cross an ocean just to miss your weekend gig is amateur hour. By keeping our production strictly domestic, we maintain absolute control over our premium blanks and keep shipping times fast. To our international pit brethren: we are currently US-only, but we'll let you know if we decide to expand the tour routing overseas. For now, we're focused on making sure our stateside crew gets their gear before the opening act even hits the stage.
Do you ship internationally?
To our international pit brethren: we are currently US-only, but we'll let you know if we decide to expand the tour routing overseas. For now, we're focused on making sure our stateside crew gets their gear before the opening act even hits the stage.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Damn right. We don’t just hurl your gear into the mosh pit of the US postal system and hope for the best. As soon as your order leaves the shop, we’ll fire off an email with your tracking link. That way, you can obsessively refresh its progress to your front porch like you’re waiting for a delayed headliner to finally take the stage.
What materials are your products made of?
We aggressively reject the cheap, heavy, sandpaper-feeling "cardboard" merch that bands have been peddling at merch tables since 2004. Our gear is printed on premium, retail-quality blanks (think combed ringspun cotton and ultra-soft blends). They are engineered to drape perfectly, feel insanely comfortable, and survive the physical toll of the pit or just you standing comfortably near the soundboard judging the opening act. The exact fabric breakdown varies slightly by style, but we list the exact specs on every single product page so you know exactly what you're getting.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because we actively despise wasteful, mass-produced fast fashion, every single piece of Encore Offender gear is custom-printed exactly when you order it. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you just changed your mind or ordered the wrong size (seriously, check the sizing chart). However, if your gear arrives defective, damaged, or the print looks like garbage, hit us up within 30 days. Send us a photo of the issue, and we’ll get a replacement sent out to you immediately. We take care of our own.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
We print on premium, modern-fit blanks not those boxy, stiff cardboard shirts from 2005. They generally fit true to size with a tailored feel. If you prefer a looser fit for the pit or just want to aggressively layer it over a hoodie, we recommend sizing up. To be absolutely bulletproof, check the exact measurement chart we’ve linked on every single product page.

Who the hell is "Terminal 52 LLC" on my credit card statement?
Don’t panic, and put down the phone you don't need to file a fraud claim with your bank. Terminal 52 LLC is just our official, boring legal business name. It’s the suit-and-tie paperwork we have to file with the taxman so we can keep running Encore Offender and making premium gear for the pit. You haven't been hacked; that charge is just your recent order from us.
